But, if you wish to enter a tourist spot or bar or visiting places, you need to pay that entry charge.

As one of the budget travel planners, Manibee offers the lowest prices, discounts, and others on flight fares or other services. These are completely subject to the availability of seats, New Year seasons, and terms and conditions of the airline Manibee or related third parties.

 

Our mode of payment and its policies:

We offer payment gateways where all transactions are secured enough with end-to-end encryption. During payment gateway registration, we always send security codes which users should not reveal to anyone in any condition.

 

Our offered payment procedures:

  • You can use Credit/Debit cards for online transactions. Here you may use VISA, MASTER, AMEX, MAESTRO, and RuPay cards.
  • In our Net banking portal, our portal supports all kinds of major banks.
  • Our payment gateway supports all major kinds of payment wallets including Phonepay, Gpay, Paytm, etc.

Communication policy for Manibee.com:

Please be cautious during providing the right e-mail ID during registering on the website or mobile application. After every transaction, Manibee will send you a "Transaction successful" mail in your registered e-mail ID. But, we Manibee are not liable if you miss it for the wrong email IDs.

For the customer's facility, we send an SMS for the successful completion of transactions or any upcoming tours with Manibee for customers' convenience. But this facility is not a mandate for us. So, if you don't get the SMS alert, Manibee is not responsible for it.

At the same time, we are not responsible for providing updated information about timing cancellations or rescheduling of flights, cabs, or bus services.

 

Booking policy with Manibee.com:

We, Manibee display the total pricing of services including all Government taxes.

Before getting the booking-related confirmation for flights, buses, cabs hotels etc, you are required to pay completely. After completion of the total payment, you will receive the confirmation mail or SMS.

For tickets with infants, please upload the valid age proof of the child. One infant should be accommodated with an adult having age more than 18.

Children aged below 24 months are eligible to be treated as infants. Kids aged more than 24 months should be with a ticket within the service policy of Manibee.com.

All the tickets or reservations done with Manibee.com will be checked with related airlines hotels or other third parties to provide an occurrence service or product to our customers according to the terms and conditions.

If users want to cancel the ticket or reservation directly from the website, or other application, directly with the airlines or hotel, customers should inform Manibee. Otherwise, Manibee will not be able to process the refund according to the terms and conditions.

Various kinds of amenities, schedules of airlines, cancellations, and availability of rooms or seats with different facilities are not Manibee responsibility.

All the facilities, airline facilities, hotel room facilities, images, and others are not Manibee responsibility. If you face any kind of discrepancy please inform the corresponding authority where we are not liable according to Manibee terms and conditions.

 

Booking, amendment, and cancellation policy:

All the airline bookings you make with the Manibee platform are with cancellation charges which are different according to the class and company of airlines and their policies.

Whatever fee is charged as the insurance, is always non-refundable in nature.

All kinds of convenience fees with Manibee are non-refundable in nature.

All the zero-cancellation-based tickets are premium fared at the booking period.

Sometimes flight reservation fees become non-refundable according to the airline's policy.

If there is any cancellation or delay from the airlines, Manibee is not responsible for such bookings.

If you have unutilized or no-show bookings you may request a refund to Manibee within 90 days. We will produce the refund of the services. But after 90 days it will not be valid for airline bookings or hotel reservations.

We Manibee are your assistant to make amendments to your reservation. Please inform us if you need any.

If customers want to cancel their flight tickets, we suggest contacting the airlines directly to get a proper refund initiation.

We provide the earliest refund assistance after receiving the request. If consumers directly contact the airlines, they provide refunds by deducing their airline's charges along with Manibee service charges. You will get the refund amount again deduction of our convenience fees which is non-refundable in nature.

All our contents, images, logos, and others are completely copyright protected. If we notice any kind of unauthorized access or promotions with our website contents, we will take legal steps for violation of rules according to these terms and conditions.

We Manibee only provide limited freedom to the users to explore and use our services or products and complete the transaction for the same to confirm the reservation.

If you download any files from our website and your device gets virus-infected, we Manibee are not eligible anyhow for such inconveniences.

 

Refund policy:

 

We Manibee initiate the refund after getting the refund money from airlines or hotels. It may take time ranging from 72 hours to 7 business days.

The refund money will be added to the Manibee wallet which consumers may transfer to their bank account directly.

Manibee is not liable to provide any refund where the hotels or airlines have declared themselves bankrupt or insolvent or in cases where they close their operations.

 

VISA guidelines for users:

It's important to carry an applicable visa during an international trip. Consumers are requested to provide a VISA during the trip but a specific Transit visa should be carried by users. If you face any such VISA-related issues and are not eligible to get the international trip or airline booking, Manibee is not liable for it.

 

Disclaimer and no warranties:

Whenever you are using Manibee as your travel assistant, please treat us as conciliator. We are not obligated to any third party for rates, hikes, or discounts. We provide different services to make your reservations easy but consumers should use our platform at their own risk. We should provide comprehensive, precise, value-worthy services to our consumers but we are not declaring ourselves error-free. If any kind of discrepancy you experience Manibee is not responsible for such cases.

 

General hike in the travel and taxes:

After getting the confirmation of your booking of flights or reservations, if there is any general hike in tax, fuel, or other aspects, or Government taxes for a tourist spot consumers are liable to pay that extra charge for final reservation. Otherwise, the reservation or booking may be canceled from our end.

 

General terms:

During your travel or booking with Manibee, if you face any luggage damage, we at Manibee are not responsible.

During your flight or hotel reservation with us, if the airline or hotel cancels your ticket or reservation it's not Manibee liability.

For any injury during the trip or flight journey after booking with us, Manibee is not responsible for such cases.

 

Unaccompanied child:

Children aged below 12 can't get a carriage facility where they should be accompanied by an adult having age more than 18. Both of them should be placed side by side where the adult person is fully responsible for the child during the journey.

 

Airline pregnancy rules:

Before going through the airline or flight journey, we always suggest our users take medical consultancy not 7 days before the trip.

If your pregnancy is risky or complicated in nature please be aware.

 For international journeys, set your return trip accordingly to avoid legal issues.
